The company Optiriego Consulting has been created by Sébastien Guéry (Engineer and MSc in Agronomy) in 2009. Its members are experts in agronomy, with an International career and more than 10 years of experience in the field of irrigation scheduling.

Consulting company dedicated to agricultural water use optimization with more than 10 years of experience.

During his professional career, Sébastien Guéry has been working in Projects in the Palestinian Territories, with the French Ministry of foreign affairs for several years and in Egypt in collaboration with the French company Société du Canal de Provence. The goals of these projects were to promote wastewater reuse in agriculture and to study the development conditions of agriculture in desert environment.

More recently, Optiriego Consulting has participated in Projects to raise farmers’ awareness about sound irrigation water management in Norway and France.

Moreover, the Company is involved in projects with producers, fruit merchandising/trading companies and organization such as WWF España within the framework of the Pro Planet project.
